Block Palin out, ignore her – it should be easy. Instead focus on the guy in the background as he slaughters turkeys. Yes, talk about a poorly planned photo op – you go to pardon a turkey and end up all over the world on camera with turkey killers (and one turkey that just doesn’t seem to want to die). This sort of incompetence is why no one takes her seriously.
